30-Day Refund Policy

SEACOAST CURB ADAPTERS & CURBS LLC is committed to customer satisfaction. We offer a 30-day refund policy for eligible consultation fees and service-related charges under the conditions outlined below.

Eligible Refunds

The following may be eligible for refund within 30 days:

• 01Paid consultation fees if services have not been rendered
• 02Deposits for projects that have not yet commenced
• 03Pre-paid materials that have not been ordered or fabricated
• 04Service fees for work not yet performed

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund:

• 01Custom-fabricated materials ordered specifically for your project
• 02Labor costs for work already completed
• 03Materials already delivered to the project site
• 04Administrative fees for completed consultations and site assessments
• 05Rush order fees once processing has begun

Refund Process

To request a refund:

2. 02Provide your project or invoice number
3. 03Explain the reason for your refund request
4. 04Allow 5-7 business days for review

Approved refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days and returned via the original payment method.

Project Cancellations

If you need to cancel a project after work has begun, refunds will be prorated based on the percentage of work completed. A detailed accounting of work performed and materials used will be provided. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

Quality Concerns

If you are dissatisfied with the quality of completed work, please contact us immediately. We will work to resolve any issues through repair or correction before considering refund options. Our commitment is to ensure your complete satisfaction with our infrastructure solutions.
